International quality in HIV / AIDS study

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) are global burden of health. Adherence to medicine is a crucial factor in reducing morbidity and mortality of people living with HIV (PLWH). It is estimated that 36.7 million people worldwide are diagnosed with HIV and that about one million died worldwide from causes linked to HIV. There is actually no treatment for the HIV infection. Efficient antiretroviral therapy (ART) is therefore considered the best treatment suitable for people living with HIV (PLWH) and those at serious risk. Preventing and managing HIV infection relies primarily on commitment to prescribed care. Weak adherence, especially at rates below 95%, adversely affects the outcome of HIV. For low- and middle-income nations, commitment can be troublesome due to insufficient healthcare facilities, poor public awareness and lack of social support.. It is important for researchers, health policymakers, and clinical practitioners to evaluate research trends in drug adherence at PLWH. This significance is due to the vital role of adherence in increasing the survival of sick individuals and preventing infection transmission, provided that adherence to medications differs with various cultures and different regions of the world. The increase in adherence to HIV / IDS-related drug publications may be due to many reasons. First, the inevitable rise in global HIV / AIDS studies and publications in general, secondary to international demands for a reduction of the global health burden of HIV / AIDS. Research on medication adherence in PLWH is a key component for the plan to minimize the global health burden of HIV/AIDS particularly in the presence of effective anti-HIV therapies that were proven to increase survival of PLWH. International research collaboration needs to be strengthened, particularly with countries where HIV/AIDS burden is high and national resources are scarce. This review tells about the future scope of the new invention towards the field of HIV /AIDS and their medicinal treatment.
